- Answer Hello, The Signa S2 does not support wireless surround speakers, only the Magnifi series and the React sound bars can support the wireless surround speakers.

- Answer Hello. The Polk Audio Signa S2 does not connect to an AV Receiver. Soundbars are designed to work alone without a receiver and do not have inputs to accept signals from receivers.

- Answer Hello, you also have the ability to connect this system via HDMI Arc if you TV supports that. We typically recommend HDMI as it can handle signal decoding a little better than Optical.

QuestionMy Polk subwoofer is making a beeping noise. The flashing power light in the back blinks. The beeping sound goes off and on for 30 sec at time. Then goes quiet for five minutes comes back on again but the sound bar works just fine . Can you help?

- Answer Hello. As it isn't clear which Samsung model TV it is, we cannot be certain. What we can say is the SIgna S2 should work well with any TV which has either an HDMI ARC port, an optical audio output or a headphone port.

- Answer Contact the geek squad for details on how to repair your sub woofer sinc button or contact Polk customer service any of these folks will give you instructions on how to proceed with the repair, I will not recommend you doing it just by yourself.

QuestionCan u operate the sound bar with out an arc hdmi on your TV? I thought I read it will function well with just the optical cable. I can't get any sound from it. If there is another option please enlighten me. Thank you

- Answer Your optical cable is only for using for stereo system you have to check your stereo setting to tv, or you can pair the sound bar to your bluetooth setting to your tv, if that doesn't work try youtube

- Answer All their sound bars that come with a subwoofer only come with one, but none of them seem to support pairing with two subwoofers at the same time. The closest option is the Magnifi Max AX SR which is a 7.1.2 Dolby Atmos / DTS:X Sound Bar System that includes a wireless subwoofer and two wireless surround speakers.

QuestionDon't use soundbar all the time. Normal tv watching is with tv speakers. Why does soundbar go from off to on when tv is turned off and why does soundbar turn on when tv is turned on? Can I cancel this setup?

- Answer Yes - if you go into your TV's settings and disengaged HDMI Control (CEC), it will prevent one device from giving the other a command. Some TVs have a different name for HDMI Control, so you may need to ask a search engine what your brand of TV calls this feature.

QuestionOur system was working great until the other day when we stopped getting sound from the sound bar. We have checked all the cords, hdmi and did a hard reset and still nothing. Suggestions??

QuestionI read that you cannot add speakers to the Polk Signa S2. Does this mean headphones won't work either? There is an 3.5 Aux jack in the sound bar.

- Answer Hello, the 3.5 Aux is an input for feeding analog audio to the soundbar. Headphones cannot be connected to the S2 soundbar. Connect headphones directly to the connected television.
