QuestionBought Voyager 5220 for truck driver husband yesterday. He can hear me but all I hear is background noise and about every 3rd or 4th word he says. We never had a problem like this with the 5200. Any suggestions?

QuestionI had a Voyager Legend. Even with the smallest ear tip, it didn't sit completely on my ear. It was still easy to knock it off my ear. Is there anything available, like a spacer, that would help it to sit completely on my ear?

QuestionWhen I am playing music from Pandora or downloaded music I can't hear it on my Bluetooth and I dont know if I am suppose to do something different to hear the music, because I can hear when people call but not my music.

- Answer On initial power up, it walks you right through the steps. Otherwise, follow the written instructions. They are available on the Plantronics website if you don't have them.

QuestionThe earpiece sound quality is great and I love the features. However on better than 60% of my calls the recipient complains they can't hear me, or there is static or I fade in and out. I tried setting the it to HD voice with no luck.

- Answer Make sure the mic boom is angled toward your mouth. If that doesn't help delete and reestablish the connection to your device. I hope that helps
