We are sorry for the warm-up time when starting up this machine. If there is a delay where you must wait when powering up this treadmill, we recommend turning it on before doing a task like changing into workout clothes so you can maximize your wait time.
We do recommend removing the key, powering off the machine with its off switch, and unplugging the power cord when this treadmill is not in use. Doing so will protect your equipment from undue wear or risk to electrical damage.

The workouts available on your touchscreen without iFIT membership are still located within the iFIT library. Simply bypass signing in when you enter iFIT and you will be able to see a selection of free workouts accessed by you without an iFIT membership. The available selections may change periodically, but usually are located within a studio with a trainer.
If you create an iFIT subscription, you will gain access to iFIT’s full library of live and on-demand workouts.

Your user manual indicates that the first time you use the treadmill, observe the alignment of the walking belt and center if necessary by following the instructions on page 31:
Remove the key and unplug the power cord.
Use the heck key to turn the left idler roller screw ½ of a turn.
If the belt is shifted to the left, turn this clockwise. If it is shifted to the right, turn this counterclockwise.
Be careful not to overtighten the walking belt. When the walking belt is correctly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of it 2-3 inches off the walking platform.
Turn on the machine and walk on the treadmill for a few minutes to try it out before repeating these steps as necessary to ensure the walking belt is centered.
