• Just received one today (29 April 2020) and it is the old defective board.

• The revision I received was not v1.2, however, it was not a big deal. This is because the included power supply is great at 5.1V at 3.5A. The Pi also worked on a cheap power bank and cable. I wouldn't worry as it doesn't affect performance or functionality with the included supply, I personally looked passed it for these reasons and it was on sale for a great price.
