- Answer Plug it into the 3.5 Jack on the controller or if you have the official Xbox or Turtle Beach adapter you can plug it in via that and it will work. I personally run it via my turtle beach adapter.

- Answer I use this headset on my PS5.. Just plug the USB dongle included in this headset to one of the USB ports of your PS5, that will serve as the transmitter.. and you can use it right away (Plug and Play).
