- Answer The protruding knob on the left is a volume control. If that's the one you are talking about, then yours is defective.

QuestionHello, I recently bought these from Amazon. However, I can't find anywhere on the internet that describes what I am experiencing. My mute button does work. I have a PS5 and the only way to mute it is through the button on the controller. Can you help?

- Answer Hi, I recommend returning them as I had no issues with the mic mute button. You might've gotten a bad unit. If you aren't able to return, contact Razer, and as long as you haven't thrown them of physically abused the headset, they can help you with either fixing it or giving you a replacement.
