Q: QuestionWhen I am using Zoom is there a way to open the Razer program (Synapse?) & change the setting from "warm" to "cool"? Stopping my video on Zoom doesn't seem to be enough. I usually have to log out of the call & close the internet to adjust the settings.

• A:Answer Yes. It will work with Windows or Mac laptops (and possibly others) as long as you have a free USB-A port (the rectangular one). The webcam is advertised to work with Windows 8, and while that is true, the optional software for extra controls requires Windows 10 or higher and will NOT work with Windows 8. The camera itself will still work on Windows 8.

Q: QuestionIs the light a full spectrum LED?

• A:Answer I don't think they have any specs listed about the light, though reviews (particularly the Wirecutter) mention the natural look the light lends to all subjects. My own experience is that it's a decent light that I use sometimes, but is not required for most uses unless you are in an unlit room. Turning it on or off is as simple as rotating the outer ring when the camera is in use. Hope that helps.

Q: QuestionI've noticed that some people on Zoom have circular light reflections on their glasses from whatever lighting they're using. Will the Razer - Kiyo webcam create those circles? If so, is it possible to fix that problem?

• A:Answer Yes...it does. That’s the downside of the glasses. You can try tilting it up or down a little, but that affects the quality of the light. You might try tilting your glasses down a little ( old photography trick).
