Q: QuestionIf I currently have a system of ring cameras outside of my house, can I connect them to my alarm so that when the alarm siren goes off, the sirens on my ring cameras also go off?

• A:Answer Hi Joe. Thank you for your question today! Yes, you can connect the siren from your Ring cameras to the Ring Alarm siren. You can also setup the cameras to record when the alarm triggers. For your convenience, I'm including this list of steps on how to link your Ring Alarm to other Ring devices below: 1. Open the Ring app 2. Tap menu (☰) in the top left corner of the screen 3. Tap Devices 4. Tap Alarm Base Station 5. Tap Base Station 6. Tap Linked Devices 7. Choose the actions your other Ring devices should take when: - Alarm Base Station is sounding (record event and/or sound siren) - Alarm Base Station is in entry delay (record event) If any additional information is needed regarding your Ring Alarm Kit, please reach out to our community. Yes, the Ring Retrofit Alarm Kit is recommended for neighbors who want to connect working wired contact sensor zones from a conventional wired alarm system to their Ring Alarm. If you have wired indoor and outdoor sirens, wired smoke or CO detectors, wired keypads or other security devices, they are not supported and should not be added to the Retrofit Alarm Kit. Please note: Professional installation recommended (but not required). Existing wired contact zones must be in good working order. Requires Ring Alarm or Ring Alarm Pro, sold separately. Ring Alarm and all Ring Alarm accessories require a compatible Ring subscription (sold separately) for digital arming/disarming and certain other in-app features. Q: QuestionI want to put some of the sensors in my garage and some sensors in my house but the garage has a separate WiFi from my house WiFi. Does that cause any complications?

• A:Answer Yes, having separate WiFi networks could cause connectivity issues. The Ring Alarm system needs all components (Base Station, Keypad, and sensors) to communicate over the same network. If your garage and house are on different WiFi networks, this may impact the system’s functionality
