• A:Answer Depends upon your settings - check to make sure they are at optimum for saving battery - it gets drained if you are constantly using it - there is no need to keep it very sensitive - so if you adjust your settings the battery will usually work for 30 to 45 days - I get large trucks and cars that set mine off so I just shorten the range - the instructions are very easy to follow Good Luck either that or you received a defective battery - check with Ring - they are very helpful

• A:Answer It does not store the video or audio. But if you have a contract (I forget what it's called), you can store up to 60 days of recording in the cloud. Then the newest recording will replace the oldest one. For about $100 per year, all your cameras will be covered under the same policy...no matter how many.

Q: QuestionIf someone else purchased three cameras for me, I paid, on her phone and invited me A few days she disabled them. A way to prevent her from viewing anything since I'm the guest? Do I need her permission to take control? Can hers be on not mine?

• A:Answer The account can only be tied to ONE phone, that is it set up on. Someone else can be signed on with their own phone, as a guest. But the original phone has to give permission for someone to sign on as a guest. But the guest can not do certain things like delete videos, change camera settings, etc. Of course, the original account phone/owner has to have a subscription to save any videos...up to 60 days worth.
