A:AnswerHi Cdub.
Thank you for your question today!
We want to assure you that your safety and security is our absolute top priority. As a result, one of the features we’ve implemented is mandatory two-step verification. This added layer of security helps prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to your Ring account, even if they have your username and password. We’ve also built the Control Center within the Ring App. You can access this to view and manage important privacy and security settings, including Shared Users and Authorized Client Devices.
We invite you to reach out to our community if any additional information is needed regarding your question. The Ring Community is our first peer-to-peer community forum, giving our customers the ability to help one another by sharing their feedback and experiences with each other.

A:AnswerHi Retneprac.
Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. No, the 24/7 Recording feature cannot be turned on while your Ring Camera is using battery or solar power. 24/7 Recording can only be turned on if your Ring Camera is plugged in to continuous power. This feature requires a Ring Home Premium subscription.

A:AnswerHello.
We appreciate the time you have taken to ask this question. Yes, the Ring Spotlight Cam Battery can connect to a Ring Solar Panel. The device's battery level may vary based on the amount of direct sunlight the solar panel receives. It is important to ensure that your Ring Solar Panel is installed correctly and that it is receiving enough direct sunlight to operate as intended. For best performance, Ring recommends at least two to three hours of direct sunlight for the Ring Solar Panel. With the recommended amount of direct sunlight, the device will remain continuously charged under most conditions.

A:AnswerHello.
Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Batteries in Ring devices are designed to go months between charges under normal conditions. However, real battery life is dependent on a number of factors, such as local weather, the number of events captured, and the frequency of activation.

A:AnswerAny of the ring products use Alexa as a third-party so the answer to your question is yes they do tie in. I have the echo show 5 and two echo show eight and the echo dot. They answer to your question absolutely without a doubt if you have any other questions for me, I would answer them honestly with my experience and I’m not tech savvy. I also have ADT, but I feel safer with the ring products that tie in to my Alexa and if you have a fire stick device on your TV that also ties in.
A:AnswerHi Kk.
