    • Answer Depending on wifi signal strength of your router, low-e windows and type of wall/ceiling insulation or concrete walls can cause issues. You should have no problem unless you have any of these. Low-e windows and foil backed wall and ceiling insulation can effect your wifi strength along with concrete walls.

    • Answer It can but without anti glare window or camera film you can only see during the day. At night, you can’t see nothing but lights without lighting you can’t see nothing. I’d recommend using outdoor camera. I know people who uses theirs on front porch & it works fine. It’s indoor camera.

  • QuestionHow does the cameras night vision quality do when looking out a window at night

    • Answer Not great. The only time we have been able to see anything is when there is a full moon. If you have any indoor lights on, you will not get the outside view as the reflection from the window captures the light. If you dont have any indoor lights on, the light from the camera reflects in the window and can trigger notifications

  • QuestionCan the Indoor Ring camera be disabled when I am at home? If so, how can I disable it?

    • Answer Mine is outside, rather than inside the house, but settings alow you to either snooze or turn off the motion detection. The camera would, however, still be working. I suppose you could just take it down, or remove the battery, to ensure nothing would be recorded.
