- Answer Depending on wifi signal strength of your router, low-e windows and type of wall/ceiling insulation or concrete walls can cause issues. You should have no problem unless you have any of these. Low-e windows and foil backed wall and ceiling insulation can effect your wifi strength along with concrete walls.

- Answer I ran into the same issue it all depends on where you mount it. You more than likely need a wifi extender for range for example my office is in my basement and it does not connect very well outside of these concrete walls. I got the wifi extender and the issue was gone.
