Yes it is. It has a built in 3.5 mm aux connection that you can connect to your DirecTV box. You can also connect it to the TV using the same connection.

My receiver does not have BT either, but if you have a receiver with BT, it should pair. Otherwise you might add a BT dongle to the receiver to enable pairing. Haven't tried it to verify.

Please try again later.What you mean to ask is "is this speaker compatible with my TV" and we don't know because we don't know what TV you have, but I can make a guess that if you bought a 3.5mm AUX cable (the headphone cable) to a red and white RCA on the other end, that would fit in the back of your tv if your tv has an rca OUT on the back of it.
