“help I have a LG Optimus G Pro and the adapter isnt working although it is charging my phone.I tried restarting the tv and phone like the other comments said but nothing seems to work. Help please!!”

• This product doesn't work with all cell phones

• When you change the tv to the correct input, you then want to start a video on the phone, like youtube or netflix, and see if the phone needs particular types of media to send out over MHL.
