- Answer Mine will do that sometimes if battery is getting low. Just recharge and try again. If continues, return for replacement if still under warranty.

QuestionBought this last November. Worked great until recently. The remote can turn tv off and on. But doesn’t connect any further. It doesn’t show Home Screen ect. Is there anyway to update or reset? I’ve tried unplugging and letting unit cool down. No effect.

If you are already subscribed to these you just need to login. If you pay for cable or satellite you would just have to follow the prompts to get that added on your Roku

- Answer The Roku itself does not do Neuralx and dds. I also have a Denon receiver (4700H). You can get those effects by accessing them on the Denon. You will hear a difference but nothing like Dolby Atmos in my opinion. I have not seen any movie titles showing Neural X or DDS on Netflix or Disney,ect.

QuestionHello, We have a 1998(!) Sharp TV--no HDMI port, and at some point, the cable connection port has sheared right off. I understand it's possible to use an HDMI-to-RCA adaptor for a ROKU. Will that work for us, and if so, which ones are possible?

- Answer It is possible to use an HDMI-to-RCA adaptor for ROKU. It doesn't negatively affect your ability to watch anything you can stream on Roku. I know because I have it on two tv's that have the composite (RCA connectors - yellow, red, and white cables) connections. Actually, I use s-video on one of the tv's and the RCA audio cables. You can even purchase an HDMI to component (red, green, blue video cables) adaptor if your tv has that type of connection. These adaptors range from 10-40 bucks on Amazon.

- Answer When you purchase a Roku Streaming device, there is no monthly fee to connect and use it. Roku will require you to create an account online, and will request credit card information to be kept on file because though the Roku service is free, it also contains connections to other paid services that you may want to subscribe to. The Roku Ultra is great because it offers many free channels along with others you can pay for if you'd like to. Hope this helps!

- Answer Hello, ducky! Once the headphone port is engaged, the sound will cut out from the TV and automatically sync with the remote, resulting in little to no latency. You can also pair your favorite Bluetooth headphones directly with the Roku Ultra. To do this, under Menu > Settings > Remotes & Devices > Wireless headphones > (Pair device) - Happy Streaming!
