Q: QuestionWe just turned on the water and I have used the water dispenser on the front of the fridge, just 2 times. Now it drips, constantly, even when ice is selected instead of water. How do I make it stop dripping?!

• A:Answer When you first hook up the water line you should run several gallons of water to get all the air out of the line. Have you already tried this?

Q: QuestionI own a Samsung fridge, and my biggest complaint, is that the 1 piece glass bottom shelf, that looks divided, cannot be removed to clean under it. Thru the years, meats, etc have leaked onto it, and seeped underneath. How is one supposed to clean it?

Q: QuestionWhat's the height at the bottom of the fridge doors? I have 35" 3/4' countertops and I need the door to clear it. Also is it really less than 32" deep including the handles? That seems slim, but I'd be happy if it's actually true.

• A:Answer The bottom of the fridge doors is 34' from my floor. My counters are the same height as yours but not a problem because the doors including handles are out about 6 inches further then the counter depth. Because of the plumbing for the water hook up, my fridge to the end of the handles is 34" . This is not a problem -- counter depth is great vs standard. We have had ours for 2 months and it is excellent. A good purchase. I purchased at Best Buy "Dent and Scratch" outlet near my home and the price was less than in the store. One small dimple in the front which we covered with a refrigerator magnet. Problem solved. Good luck with your purchase decision.

Q: QuestionDoes this model come with a freezer door bin (a removable plastic shelf that attaches to the freezer door itself)? The manual suggests it comes with some models, and the door has brackets for a shelf, but ours didn't come with it.

Q: QuestionMy brother has a 2017 Samsung French door model and after doing research it seems like Samsung has been known for faulty ice makers. What should I expect from this newer model? Did they resolve this issue? Would the warranty cover a faulty ice maker?
