- Answer Hi Sue, The RF263BEAESP has only one type of handle available. Samsung's 4DoorFlex and certain Food Showcase Side by Side models do have pocket-style handles that are perfectly flush, however; examples include the RF32FMQDBSR, RH29H9000SR and RH22H9010SR. QuestionEnergy Guide in Mod RF263BEAESR doesn't matchI thought I was getting a super energy efficient unit but what are the true numbers? The energy guide that came with the refrigerator has $76 and 637kwh as yearly usage. The Best Buy website has $51 and 475kwh as yearly usage. About 50% less than what comes in the actual refrigerator. If you look at the back of the energy guide it does say there's 475kwh usage but in Canada.

- Answer Energy Guides were re-done recently to reflect the higher energy costs in most areas and a new calculation of costs....The units are the same, and the usage is the same; the new guides are just more accurate and (I agree) need to be updated on the website.

- Answer Thanks for your interest in the RF263BEAESP. This model is designed for use in the United States, and requires a 115V/60 Hz/11.6 amp power supply. The warranty would not cover service in Korea. - Ms. Samsung

- Answer The refrigerator itself does NOT need to be turned on. If the unit doesn't come back on when the power is restored I'd check the breakers and make sure that they haven't tripped. Hope this helps!

- Answer I have a 31" door opening, and they got it in without removing the French doors. The freezer drawer has to come out though. To get through the 31" door opening there has to be enough room for it to go in at an angle, and then rotate through the door opening.

- Answer You must turn the black round handle next to the roller ,its hard to turn at first, but after that you can raise or lower your fridge.

- Answer Thanks for the question. There are several differences between the new RF263BEAEWW and the RF268ABWP. The newer model features upgraded High Efficiency LED lighting in both the fridge and freezer, a redesigned control panel and EZ Open freezer drawer handle, and the new IceMaster icemaker which takes up less space than the previous design while producing up to 10 pounds of ice per day. In addition, the upgraded slim water filter cartridge fits conveniently between the crisper drawers in the fridge to free up more room on the top shelf. While the RF268ABWP does not have all of these 2012 upgrades, it does feature Samsung's Dual Ice system with one icemaker in the refrigerator compartment and a second one in the freezer.
