A:Answer Thanks for the questions. It's normal for a few drops of water to continue to come out when the lever is released, so Samsung recommends holding the glass under the dispenser for a couple of seconds after releasing it. However, if there are more than just a few drops, it's possible the water filter is clogged or partially clogged and needs to be replaced. The filter is designed to last about 6 months, but may need to be changed sooner if your household use surpasses the volume the filter was designed for (about 300 gallons), or if your water supply has a high level of impurities.
Regarding the second question, there are a number of products available that are specifically designed to clean real stainless steel. Simply follow the instructions on the package, being careful to apply them only to the stainless steel surfaces of the refrigerator. Another option is to apply a small amount of baby oil to the stainless finish using a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. This will not only clean the stainless steel, but can help prevent fingerprints from recurring.
