QuestionCan someone answer why only this 28 cu ft model has clear fruit and veggie bins without humidity control levers? All other size models plus ALL refrigs have bins with humidity control levers. Never have seen this before. Samsung could not answer either..

- Answer ice cubes are crescent shaped. I recently had a graduation party and I would say it kept up pretty well. We had about 60 people over and i didn't hear anyone complain about the ice running, which is always a plus for a host/hostess

- Answer At lease one inch on the back for ventilation. The sides can be more snug but I would recommend at least 1/2 inch.

QuestionPurchased this refrigerator In September. Came home last night and refrigerator was leaking water and would not cool or freeze food in freezer. Unplugged and repliugged to reset , still did not work. What to do?

- Answer We bought the same fridge. It stopped working, Samsung sent out a technician who was there 6 hours only to tell us that it was un-repairable and would need replaced. Samsung generated a ticket to replace and then two weeks later sent us an email saying they would not honor it and we were screwed. 3000 dollars for a fridge and a year later it's scrap metal. Samsung sucks as a company.

- Answer You press and hold Crushed Ice for 3 seconds. This resets the filter lifecycle detector and turns off the Filter indicator.
