  • QuestionLOL I asked because I needed to know the requirements before I buy this. Electrician can't tell me what your stove requires, or what it's usaage is to calculate. We need to know what the oven requires and or uses.

    • Answer Mostly yes. I have found for both this appliance, and our Black Stainless Samsung Fridge, it really comes down to what is on the fingers when you touch the surface. Clean/Dry fingers usually does not leave prints

  • QuestionIs there a recommended height for installation? ie inches from base of oven to floor? If I install at 12" from floor, what will be the opening height of the upper oven?

    • Answer The height is based on the users and the cabinet. Mine is 14in off the floor and I am 5’5 and I can reach the top control panel which is about 6 inches iver my head

  • QuestionHas anyone had to fix scratches inside the oven? I looked on-line and did see there was touch up paint--but didn't way if it was safe for inside the oven. Thank you!
