Q: Questionhow can I upgrade the voltage to 240V? Can I do it by myself? I called techenician to ask quote, but he said it depends on but will cost about $700-$1400 bucks. Is is that expensive?

Q: QuestionKind of unsure about the rectangular induction zone pictured on the left hand surface of the unit. In total how many things can I cook at once on this? It says 5 elements/burners. Is that how many pots/skillets I can cook at once?

• A:Answer i think the 5 element thing is a mistake. it has four elements with two that can be combined (called the "flex zone"). so you can use up to four elements at a time.

• A:Answer Hi there, The Induction Cooking Zones require pots and pans that meet a minimum size requirement at each location. The pot/pan bottom must fully cover the inner ring for proper cooking. Make sure to center the cookware on the cooktop and not let it exceed the thicker line by more than half an inch. Have a great day. -John
