Q: QuestionThis dryer get very warm (not hot) on the outside when running on Medium temp - is this normal? The dryer is new, with a new vent.

• A:Answer I took temperatures on the right side of our drier half way through the cycle (medium heat) with an infrared thermometer. The temperatures ranged from the mid 80s to low 90s except at about 6 inches from the bottom where I got temperatures in the low 100s, with one spot 108. I presume the heating element is in that location.

Q: Question220? I thought the outlets were either 120 or 240? Does hooking up a 220 outlet require an electrician? Obviously., but what's the difference? Will a 240 outlet accept a 220 plug?

• A:Answer Great question, MIKED! This dryer model is only compatible with the stacking kit model SK-DH. However, the washer model WF220ANW requires the stacking kit model SKK-8K. Because of this, this dryer cannot be stacked on top of that washer. Q: QuestionDoes the dryer have an air fluff setting and can it be used with the manual timer? For example, can i do a timed dry of 60 min on air fluff? Also, does the dryer have extra low setting?

• A:Answer Thanks so much for asking, Kala! Yes, this model does have an air fluff setting as one of the cycles available. This feature is a timed cycle that can be used on it's own. This model also offers a Wrinkle Prevent feature that can be added to the end of other cycles.
