Q: QuestionThe washer has an E-Z Access tub. Why are several people saying it is so hard to get the clothes out? I liked this feature, but now I am confused.

• A:Answer I've had to purchase silicon coated tongs so that I can reach single items like socks and even tshirts if they are flat against the bottom. Using a step stool unfortunately doesn't increase the length of my arms. Still like the washer but people with mobility issues might be better off with a raised front loader.

• A:Answer I ordered a washer before Covid-19 pandemic, Best Buy delivered it for free, I paid an additional $29.99 for the hoses and they installed it for free and hauled away the old one also. However, just checking on Best Buy website, they provide free deliver but no longer offer to install nor haul away old item, probably due to no contact delivery service policy. I hope it is temporary because it is a great service and affect greatly to my decision of buying from Best Buy. Here is the quote from Best Buy website when you are ready to check out.
