A:Answerthe drain hose can stretch about 44 inches away from the machine. There is also a hook that keeps he drain hose close to the machine, if you remove it you might get a little more slack.
A:Answereach washer's serial number is different that's how Samsung knows if the washer is defective and if it's already been submitted for the recall. If you purchase one off someone and there's no serial number more than likely the person has already claimed their refund for it because Samsung requires you to take it off the washer for liability purposes.
A:AnswerThat will be a YES. I can wash my king size comforter and still be space in washer so it's not so packed. I feel most washers with the center agitator takes too much room and doesn't wash comforters very well.

A:AnswerFunny. I ordered this washer and the matching dryer and my dryer arrived with a giant dent in it. Apparently Best Buy does not follow up on its deliveries because I was forced to call the next day to find out how to exchange it for a new one. I, too, am disappointed in several aspects of this purchase and will be requesting some sort of compensation for the hassle. But I would begin by calling Best Buy.
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, drew73! I have this link (https://bit.ly/3D0fOKL) to a helpful guide on different laundry load sizes and your washer. ^Jecca
A:AnswerWe recommend power cycling the unit by unplugging it or cutting it off at the breaker for 60 seconds, plugging it back in and seeing if it resets and completes. If you plug it back in and find that the error occurs again, please reach out to us via any of the following outlets and reference ticket number 1141840741.

A:AnswerSorry, I'm old school, but, why would you? If you took the time to fill the washer with clothes and detergent, why wouldn't you just turn it on, or use the time delay?
Don't forget, Alexa wont take your clothes out of the washer and put them in the dryer for you.
Also, DO NOT let your clothes sit in the washer after washing them. That's how they end up smelling like urine after you dry them.
A:AnswerNot sure, but why not put the powder oxy in the detergent tray? The blue liquid max fill inserts are removable if you're going to use powder. Seems to me putting powder at the bottom of the load may get clumpy and cause problems with the water circulation drain pump. When its draining you can hear the pump. Don't want to clog it up!
Call Samsung customer care. Phone number is on the machine and in the book.
