A:AnswerTry turning OFF HDMI-CEC in the menus. it's called "Anynet+" on a Samsung. It's likely to be the only thing that can turn the tv back on, when it's supposed to stay off. This setting is located in: Settings > General > External Device Manager. Also check this setting, : Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off.
Try either or both of those, and see if it doesn't fix the issue with powering off/on.
A:AnswerQ60 lots of color but narrow viewing angle, slower refresh rate. Q70 in between. Q80 has terrific color, superior viewing angle, and faster refresh rate for sports. Hope this helps. Q80 is the only one comparable to my plasma that gave out.

A:AnswerWeb site RTINGS.com. Lots of info about adjusting/calibrating all the models they evaluate, including the Samsung q80 series. Good site for 'how to' regardless of whether or not you agree with their reviews.
A:AnswerI asked this question with a chat on the Samsung.com website a few days ago. The chat person told me that all of the HDMI input ports are HDCP 2.2 compliant. You may want to go there too just to verify. It's free and didn't take very long to get an agent to chat with. If you find out anything else, I hope you will post it here. Thanks!
A:AnswerI suggest you contact Samsung on their website. I used them once in an online chat and they were knowledgeable and didn't take a long time for a response.
A:AnswerAll I can tell you is the geek squad mounted it over my fireplace, so I wouldn't think they'd do that if it was a no-no.... Key is following your fireplace's guidelines about distance to your mantle... then the mantle kind of provides some protection from heat blowing up directly on the TV.
A:AnswerYes, you can put a full motion wall mounted that will swivel or you can get a center base swivel. There are many center base swivel mounts on Amazon. They mount to the same holes on back as a wall mount.
