- Answer Hi ChrisKC, the One Connect box is not included with this model. It does come included with The Frame Series and a Slim One Connect Box is included with our 8K Neo QLED models. ^Val

QuestionAre you able to get the AMC Theater on demand, discovery +, and Amazon Prime apps on this TV? I tried to get the AMC Theater app on the Q90A in the store but the search says it can’t find it.

- Answer Hi DFWMan, the AMC Theater on Demand app is not currently available, but Samsung offers hundreds of apps in our App Store that you can download, and we are continuously adding more premium content and new services to our Smart TV platform. QuestionHow does the Qn90A compare to the Q90T Motion Rate 240? I know both TVs have 120 refresh rate but I don’t see that the QN90A has a motion rating. I heard that the motion rate is a boost that doesn’t run full time if the Qn90A does have it is that true?

- Answer Hi Bowfront, All HDMI ports on the QN90A will be backwards compatible to support non next-generation devices. If in the future you change devices to something that needs a feature of HDMI 2.1 such as 4K@120 (FRL) your device as well as the cable would need to be capable. ^Val

- Answer Not sure yet, bought this for Xbox series x but bummed the ultra wide mode only works with PC. Also partnered with Xbox apparently does mean anything. The smart remote works my PS5 but not Xbox??

Questionwhat if they do have xbox series and playstation 5 both have 2.1 and that tv only one port ?are they allow add adapter 2 into 1 or it will be damage tv ?

- Answer Now that many months have passed since this there are switches available that would allow this to work. You'd plug the devices into the switch and then the output of the swithc would use the one HDMI 2.1 port. Another option would be to purchase an audio receiver that has multiple HDMI 2.1 ports.

QuestionHow many inches are the wall bracket mounting holes from the bottom of the 55 inch and 65 inch QN90A? I will be putting this TV above my fireplace with a mantel. I wish Samsung and Bestbuy would provide this information on their web sites.

- Answer Hello - Please know you can find these measurements for both sizes of the QN90A TV on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > ‘Manuals & Software’ > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the QN90A TV under Samsung Neo QLED 4K > A Model Lineup to find the Quick Start Guide. ^Gina

QuestionI know HDMI 4 is the only port that specifies 4k@120hz, so I've plugged my PS5 into that port and all looks good. I plugged my PC into port 2 and it's showing as running in 4k@120hz. Is this normal?

QuestionIs it possible to view one HDMI input while watching a live TV channel (ant/cable input) in Multiview mode on the Samsung 55" QN90A TV? I ask because only left screen options include TV and HDMI, choices for right screen list neither in the manual. TIA

- Answer Gina's answer doesn't answer my question. Can you watch an HDMI device in one screen while watching ant/cable in the other? Gina makes it sound like you choose either HDMI or ant/cable only in the left screen and the right screen has to use your cell phone. Is that right?

QuestionDo the built in apps support Atmos if connected to an Atmos capable soundbar/system? Or only if it's produced from an external device, like an apple tv 4k?

- Answer ^^^@Gina The question was referring to internal apps (not on an external device). Do those support atmos? (Pass it through to the external sound bar, for example, or do the apps have to be on an external device to support atmos?)
