• don't know the actual numbers but it does have a game mode that limits the video processing so reducing lag time.

• I am not sure about the low input lag, but the TV does have a gaming mode and I do not have any issues with lag that i can see. Reviews that I have read confirm that this TV is excellent for gaming.
