QuestionDifference between this and UN60F7100AFXZAWhat is the difference between this tv and UN60F7100AFXZA. When I did the compare I couldn't see much difference. This costs way more than UN60F7100AFXZA

- Answer The main difference is the back lighting type. The 7100 has an LED (edge-lit w/micro dim) where as the 8000 has an LED (edge-lit w/ local-dim). The local Dim is by far the best on the market and provides better blacks and more vivid colors. The 7100 has a dual-core processor where as the 8000 comes with a Quad-Core processor, which means faster web browsing.

QuestionWhich HDMI input slot supports ARC (audio return Channel)?When I use Amazon Prime or other apps from the Smart TV Hub, what are my options to get the audio to my AV Recever/stereo. I know optical is an option, but optical cables can be expensive if they are longer. My Yamaha amp supports ARC and I think this TV does as well. Just trying to find out how to hook up. I currently switch all of my video sources through my amp; ie DivectTV, Apple TV, Blu-Ray

- Answer Personally I think that a plasma is going to be your best option. I just bought the samsung plasma 8500 series and I am really enjoying it. It does not have the best latency for gaming but is not that noticeable when in game mode. The main things you want to look for are: Game mode HIgh refresh rate Contrast levels (the higher the ratio the better) low latency

- Answer don't know the actual numbers but it does have a game mode that limits the video processing so reducing lag time.

- Answer This TV does support smart apps (like Netflix). Samsung does list the 2D to 3D feature, though I must admit, I haven't used it yet. Here's a quote from their features: "Samsung's built-in 3D processor is so powerful it can convert 2D (normal) movies and photos to 3D in real-time with the push of a button." Hope that helps!

QuestionWhich Samsung wall mount can be used?Prod specs show that the Ultra Slim wall mount can be used with this set but does not show which one. I know the mini can be used but I like the simplicity of the ultra thin.
