QuestionWhy does this unit turn off early? Lint trap and sensors are cleaned. The ducts are cleaned & cleared. Whether we use the Heavy Duty, Normal or Timed Dry, the Unit DECIDES when the clothes are dry.The dryer itself never seems to get hot at all.

QuestionDryer is not drying completely. Is this normal? Does doesn’t matter the type of clothes. They come out cool or somewhat lightly damp. Probably going to return it.

- Answer Try the settings when your drying because it does provide different options. Also maybe try smaller loads the delivery service advised us when filling to fill half of machine with clothes.

- Answer Hi, make sure to clean the filter and the vent, I was having the same issue before but once I have cleaned the filter and the vent everything is working fine.

- Answer If it is a gas dryer then you need the gas line in order for it to work. If it is electric then you don’t need a gas line. Just the appropriate electrical outlet. I do not recommend extension cords.
