QuestionIs there any other graphic card apart the intel oneI mean in all those laptops i can see only intel (weak) graphic card, is there any other? Like nvidia or amd.

- Answer Yes, there are laptops with AMD and Nvidia Video cards, however if you would like a different video card make sure you purchase a laptop with the desired video card. Laptop video card can not be upgraded. (Normally) This laptop comes with an Intel Video card.

QuestionIs It possible to change a new one?I have just bought this one. I love it, but it can't identify the wireless network or shut itself down sometimes. It is kind of annoying! But sometimes it can work well again. Can I change a new one? If so, do I need to bring my passport? Can it do harm to myself, like making my reputation bad?

- Answer As far as the Ativbook 4 NO it does not run Windows 8 properly and will die all the time. As far as the tech spex.. Yes, 3rd Gen Core i5 works great for many games. If you need a dedicated graphics card look for a Quad Core i7 for about double the price. Just avoid this Ativbook series.

- Answer All computers have to have a cooling fan to properly function without burning out the mother board. On that note though, it's actually extremely quiet, with the option of turning it off (I would recommend never doing that).

- Answer As long as you are doing basic use of AutoCad, it'll be able to handle it decently, though I'd probably recommend something running an i7 a little more.

- Answer There's a hidden folder on the Mac with all your music that's on your iTunes. When you find it, if you use an ethernet cable, you can transfer them right over directly, or you can use a USB port and copy them then transfer over to the laptop.

QuestionBattery start-up issueI just bought one for my Niece and delivered it to her. It works from mains supply but the battery will not take a charge. No packaging etc. left, is there something I should have done before putting it into operation?

- Answer Sounds to me like you have a "dead" battery that will no longer receive a charge or the computer is no longer working correctly where it will charge the battery when connected. I use a ASUS at work and at home. At work I use the original power cord, no issues. At home I use a Rocketfish universal adapter power cord and it charges most of the time, but sometimes, the computer doesn't register correctly and it says I have power but no battery charging. I would take to the store and have the Geek Squad check the battery for performance and then you'll know how to proceed from there.

- Answer Check w. salesperson. You can probably qualify for the 18 month payment program w. NO INTEREST; and have use of the product while you pay. I've done this with several purchases of TV, camera, laptop (2), etc. and it is easy on a fixed retirees budget!

- Answer I get 3hr 08min on high performance setting. You can get longer life on different settings too. I think the most I've had was 5 and a half hours on a more conservative setting.
