• It can withstand water submersion for up to 1m. basically the phone can get wet or accidentally be dropped in water and still work. Just do not go swimming in your pool with it

• You can shower with it, but don't think about swimming

• You can shower or wash dishes, swimming is basically no go. Can submerge the watch to 3 feet for I think 45 min max with no issues. Have heard some have worn in pool for an hour with no issues but don't know if they went deeper then 3 feet with the watch.

• You can wear it in the shower, and weather is not a concern. It might be okay for swimming, but I would not trust it.
