My watch came directly from Best Buy, and I got my phone from Sprint nearly 2 yrs ago. All you have to do is download the app to your phone and sync your devices.

The samsung s2 3g can only be purchased by T-Mobile, At&t and Verizon because you will need a separate phone# for the watch. The samsung s2 without 3g capability can be purchased at Bestbuy or online or any retailer that sell that watch.
