It does cause some in-game movement (rotational and tilt), but it is in a fixed spot in space due to the fact mobile VR is limited. So not as immersive as the HTC vive but it works well for what it is

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are asking can you move in game with the controller, the answer is yes. The pad also works as a directional pad and is sensitive. I found this out while playing "Finding" from the Oculus store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The GearVR controller tracks motion, although not as 1:1 as the vive is, this controller allows you do do cool things like point and shoot a gun, golf, and even paint. It's essentially an upgraded Daydream controller with an added trigger.
