QuestionAre the rear speakers wired or wireless and also are they dolby atmos as well?

- Answer Hello jg24, The rear speakers are wired together to a central transmitter and then this sends the signal wirelessly to the soundbar itself. The HW-Q750B Soundbar unit itself has Dolby Atmos speakers on top, but the rear speakers are NOT Dolby Atmos. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer I am sure they will but this soundbar comes with rear wireless speakers They are not totally wireless you have to connect wires to the module that also is included and then you connect the module with the soundbar by Bluetooth so the wires can easily be hidden I purchased 9500s /ZA speakers and the Q 800 soundbar and returned those because I could not hear them with the volume at 6 The 750 soundbar is made by Samsung and it is a Bestbuy only item were the speakers that come with it has a channel in each speaker which makes it a 5.1 soundbar were if you purchase it somewhere else other than Bestbuy it is only a 3.1 because the other places that sell it they do not come with the rear speakers but it cost the same and some places even more So go to Bestbuy because this set up will blow you away even better than the more expensive 800 soundbar and the 9500 speakers So to me you get a much better sounding soundbar for about 300 to 400 dollars less money I tryed even two other Samsung soundbars and by far this is the way to go also right now I don't know when it ends but you get a 200.00 gift card with the purchase so you really only have about 460 dollars in it

- Answer The 9100s They almost look like the 8500 but these are little bit bigger but not as big as the 9500 but they also have speakers on the top and the front and each speaker has it on channel driver in it so Bestbuy exclusive only it makes it a 5.1 were if you buy it somewhere else other than bestbuy it is a 3.1 I bought the new 75 "NEO QLED with symphony sound and with this set up you will be happy I tried two other soundbars the more expensive Q 800 with the 9500 This by far is the way to go the 750 Has all of the same adjustments and features as the 800 less money way better sound and right now I am not sure when it ends but it comes with a 200.00 gift card for Bestbuy so really you only going to have about 460.00 dollars in this one You will like it

QuestionMy TV stand has a shelf where the soundbar usually sits and is enclosed on the ends, can the soundbar sit there or does it need to be out in the open?

- Answer Hi Richard, The HW-Q750B Soundbar does come with speakers that top-firing when you are playing Dolby Atmos content. If there is a shelf above those speakers this will diminish the quality of your audio experience. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer Hello there, The HW-Q750B Soundbar has the ability to connect using Digital Optical, HDMI and Bluetooth. We would recommend that you connect your soundbar from the TV ARC port to the ARC port of your soundbar. And then use another HDMI port for your Xbox console. QuestionI am having a consistent issue with the audio cutting out every 39 min when I'm playing a 4K disc. It's playing Atmos thru my eARC cable fine, but every 39 min unless I hit pause before that, the audio will completely cut out for 1 second.

- Answer Hi there, Make sure that you have everything connected correctly, eARC port on the Soundbar to the eARC/TV ARC port on the TV using an HDMI cable. Once this is done and your input is set to HDMI, once you start playing content that is in Dolby Atmos, you will see Dolby Atmos scroll across the LED display on the front of your soundbar. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer Hi JR27, The rear speakers for the HW-Q750B Soundbar does have the ability to be mounted on the back of each speaker. Measure out the speaker wire before doing any mounting that way you will know if everything will fit. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer Product weight is 10 pounds 6 oz the subwoofer weight is 13 pounds so I would say around 25 pounds total because it is packaged very well with styrofoam and some filler cardboard inside the box
