QuestionJust received, updated and setup. install was easy as pie, but setup says speakers are installed wrong; rears are in front, fronts in rear. But this is actually not true since each speaker is clearly labelled Refers to manual but no help there. Suggest?

- Answer I had the geek squad install mine…the only thing I know about this system is that the two book speakers are the rear speakers…other then that I’m not sure.

QuestionI have a 22'wx16' living room with ceilings with a 45-degree pitch along the sides. Will the auto adjustments in these speakers be able to compensate for the bounce off these angled ceilings? I have the older HWK950s and I don't hear it.

- Answer Pitched ceilings are the nemesis of reflected height speakers. It’s an experimental thing to get the best you can. You can only increase the height levels so much before you start hearing them from the driver rather than reflection. Not sure if you have 2 or 4 height drivers, I’d recommend getting the speakers a little above ear level of possible to get them out of plane, and play with levels to get the best you can. Good luck!

QuestionI have hw-q950a soundbar connected to a Samsung TV through ARC. Worked fine for months but now the connection has been lost. Tried re-seating all cables and new HDMI cable. No luck. Want to do hard reset on soundbar, but cannot get it to reset.

- Answer Try unplugging tv and sound bar from outlet for 30 minutes then plug back in and turn on. Worked for me.

- Answer If I were you I would put them on the wall, behind your sofa 1 on left and 1 on the right on either end of your sofa. You can go to Amazon and get some wall hangers and hang them on the wall that's where they really belong.

- Answer Hi CASHPOOR! The rear speakers included with the HW-Q950A are exclusive to this model and are not sold as a separate package. These rear speakers are the only speakers featuring front, top, and side firing audio for our most immersive surround sound yet. The HW-Q950A is only compatible with one set of wireless rear speakers at a time and will not connect to an additional pair. ^Tim

- Answer Yes, it will work with any TV BUT it will only connect with the TV's speakers on some of the newer Samsung TV's. You get 22 speakers in the sound bar of amazing sound and if you pair it with a Samsung TV, it will also use the speakers in the TV!

QuestionFor some reason whenever I turn on an IMAX enhanced video on Disney Plus, the sound stops from the sound bar. Even when I back out of the app and try to use others. I have to restart the sound bar. I used the HDMI that came with it and tried others.

- Answer Looks like the issue wasn't the sound bar. The Amazon fire Stick Max seems to have issues with Disney Plus Dolby atmos. I plugged a different one in and it worked fine.
