- Answer If you get a Lightning to USB-C adapter, it should work. Keep in mind you have to purchase an adapter that transmits data as well as power.

QuestionThe SanDisk extreme V2 SSD cannot be seen and networked by routers. In the past many other SanDisk products have been seen and networked by routers. Is there any way to restore that capability in those drives? It does not appear to be a power issue...

- Answer What router, what computer, what format did you use? Might require additional software. With pc it’s ntsf formatted. Wonder if it’s an solid state issue. Was able to use 2 routers (one from spectrum and an apple airport extreme (connected to lan port of spectrum modem) and was able to have a flash drive read by both pc & mac (drive is mac os formatted and i used a software to read mac os extended) as a network drive. Keep us updated, good luck.

- Answer Hi, please be informed that we have not tested using our external SSD Drives by connecting them to mobile phones with OTG Adapters. In order to know how to do the same if possible, it would be best to contact Samsung Customer Support.

QuestionCan this used to back up multiple computers and phones? Me: Dell PC & Samsung S25. Wife: iPhone & iPad. Can multiple devices and file formats be saved on this one device? 1TB should suffice. Think we'd need some way to partition files for recovery.

- Answer I can't respond regarding the multiple item backup. I use the SanDisk - Extreme Portable 1TB as an external data drive because my computer has a rather small storage drive. It is accessed daily but not extremely heavy use, ie no games.
