Q: QuestionWhats the best way to keep the two release strings from showing past the bottom of the TV. If I wrap it around the bracket, then I can't pull it. Is tape the only solution or am I missing something?

Q: QuestionWhat is the width between outermost holes that can be used to attach to the wall in the installation bracket? I have 3 studs on 16” centers and need to mount on the two other studs which are effectively 32” apart.

• A:Answer Hello, Great question! The Ultra Slim Fixed-Position TV Mount is designed to work with wood studs spaced 16" or 24" apart. Unfortunately, it will not span 32" between studs, so it wouldn’t be compatible with your setup if you’re trying to mount it across two studs that are 32" apart.
