QuestionI purchased this and formatted it to Fat32 and put digital movies on it and our smart TV doesn't recognize it. we have a similar hard drive which does work but I am unsure why this one isn't working.... any help would be much appreciated.

- Answer The model number of your TV would be helpful in diagnosing your problem. It could also be the USB stick..I have acquired many USB sticks that just refused to work.
