Q: QuestionWorked fine and then said unresponsive. Did the reset on it only to get same message. What am I missing? Is this a cheap alternative that does not work?

• A:Answer I found the way! I had this exact same problem. Bulb working fine for about 2 months and suddenly it said “unresponsive”. Here’s what you gotta do: - With the bulb on, reset it. (You do this by turning it quickly on and off about 10 times, leave it on and if you did it correctly it should blink 3 times... if it doesn’t, just try again) - Leave the bulb on and disconnect your Alexa device for about 30 seconds. - Reconnect Alexa (bulb on the whole time) go to your Alexa App and: go to “devices”, “add device” (the plus sign at the top right corner), choose “light” and scroll down until you see “Sengled”. It will ask you if your bulb has some kind of “Z” red symbol, choose “no”. Then it will ask you if it has a bluetooth symbol, choose “yes”. - It will send you to pairing mode with Alexa, wait until it’s finished. At this step, my bulb blinked twice at the beginning of the pairing mode— that’s how I knew it worked. - As an alternative, you can turn off the bulb the moment you disconnect the Alexa device, and when you get to the pairing mode step, turn it on again (but I did it exactly as described and it worked). • A:Answer I just posted my review on this bulb and it has 20 different colors to choose from. In the WHITES group you have Warm White, Soft White, White, Daylight White and Cool White. In the COLORS group you have Red, Crimson, Salmon, Orange, Gold, Yellow, Green, Turquoise, Cyan, Sky Blue, Blue, Purple, Magenta, Pink and Lavender. They are all easily chosen from your Alexa app and you can also adjust the lighting from low to high in intensity. I love mine!

• A:Answer I believe they only have soft white. And yes, you can turn on or off using your phone. If you have three lights in one, then you can control each light bulb separately too. I love mine You’ll enjoy and be pleased. I’m able to turn on lights before dark for my fur babies while at work. But I really only turn one light bulb out of three is suffice for them.

• A:Answer I believe if the dimmer switch is left at 100% power and the bulbs are dimmed by Alexa that is fine. I would not try dimming these bulbs from the wall switch as they have smart circuits that need full power. That is what I found with all smart bulbs.

• A:Answer We had a short power outage and when it was restored the lights turned right back on (it did take a minute for the Wi-Fi to boot back up and for the lights to re-establish the connection to the echo unit and the Wi-Fi…but it all happened automatically and the lights where on during that minute…it just was not able to change colors or activate via voice command during that minute….however we could till manually turn them on and off). The lights returned to the standard white that it first boots up with….we haven’t tried the power outage reboot with the lights in a different color so that part I’m unsure of.
