A:AnswerYes, there is an extension and a great beater brush for getting up pet hair. My pets do not shed so much but the beater brush works well for what little hair they do shed.
A:AnswerWe can assist you with your inquiry. The biggest difference between this unit and the LV901 is the type of battery the units have. The LV901 has a Lithium-ion battery and this unit has a Ni-Mh battery.

A:AnswerI had the same problem. A piece of thin double sided tape on the bottom inside edge of the vacuum makes it tight enough to hold the attachments in the vacuum.
A:AnswerI had this problem once and discovered that the cord wasn't plugged all the way into the handheld. Sometimes it wiggles aloose so you just need to make sure it's inserted firmly into the base of the cradle and locked into place. Hope this helps!

A:AnswerWe left ours always plugged in. We never took it off the charger so that it was always charged. however, once in a while you SHOULD ALWAYS run a Rechargeable Battery way down and then Fully Recharge it again. It has something to do with exercising the battery and getting longer and stronger use out of vacuum unit.
