- Answer It does reach ceilings/smoke alarms. The lift away feature pretty much let’s you vacuum anywhere.

QuestionDoes this vacuum require changing of the filter, or do you only have to wash them with soap and water? Two different answers to this question asked by another user. Please clarify.

- Answer The filters are washable and do not need to be replaced unless damaged. The user manual says you should only wash the filter with water. I do not believe you are supposed to soap as it can leave residue.

QuestionCan you take out the rollers for cleaning?

- Answer You can only remove the fluffy roller on the front which requires regular cleaning. The back roller is not removable. However, I have never needed to clean the back roller as it’s self cleaning.

- Answer I'm not sure what part your asking about but Shark usually has replacement pieces for all parts of the vacuum. Maybe try asking them at the customer service number for Shark.
