QuestionIs this vacuum self propelled?

- Answer No, it is not self propelled. But I still highly recommend it. I have owned other Sharks that are self propelled they are fine but we have alot of hair in our family so I purchased mainly for the self cleaning roller and I absolutely love it. It cleans I would say at least 2 to 3 times as well as their cheaper self propelled models.

QuestionI just bought this vacuum yesterday and for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to bend the vacuum. It stays upright. On all of my vacuums, there is usually a button or foot control that allows the vacuum to bend so I can get under hard to reach areas

- Answer I bought this vacuum cleaner last week. The question about the tilting the handle back is my question too. Although the vacuum works well otherwise, the tilt function for the handle is VERY POORLY DESIGNED. I have put my foot on the image and tried to tilt back numerous times. And I've watched videos online. The model I purchased does not work like the ones I have seen, and it doesn't even appear to have the same place to step on to tilt. I've use the vac about 5 times so far and managed to tilt the handle twice by trial and error. I am still thinking about returning this product. Also, the directions that came in the box don't even explain or show a decent illustration about this feature. I would not buy this brand again.

- Answer 3 attachments are included, but only 2 fit on the vacuum. There are a crevices tool, a rectangular brush and a tool with a moving brush head

QuestionHonestly, this seems like a great vacuum I would like to buy to replace my existing one. My only question and reservation, why did you pick a polarizing colorway of Rose Gold/Pink for it? Why not something neutral like grey, white, or black?

- Answer I quite like the color. It doesn’t show dust or wear as easily as gray or black would. It’s a vacuum, not a statement of masculinity.

QuestionHow long is the hose? The spec said 5.5 inches???? that isn't much of a hose... from the pics it looks to be more like 5 feet.

QuestionJust bought one of these from Bed Bath & Beyond. Got it home and cannot figure out how to turn it on. It looks like the button is at the top of the handle but when I press it, nothing happens. Is there something else? It is plugged in, lol.

QuestionHow long does the hose extend?

- Answer So this is my one disappointment. The hose is very short, I can’t reach my ceiling fans, but even so if you do stretch it a little, as soon as it grabs onto the wall or something else, the suction will compress hose back and if you’re not careful knock the vacuum over... yes that happened to me... so i had found an extension hose that I was using with my old now broken canister vacuum that does work with this and it doesn’t compress...

QuestionIf I buy this directly from Shark, I get a "5 year VIP Warranty" for free fix, free replacement and free ship to and fro if fixing needed. Do BB have that?

- Answer I'm not sure what BB offers but Shark has never sent or repaired any of the VIP purchases I have made with out charging for something. It's usually a can of worms that has no end once started.
