QuestionWhat is the difference between the Shark Vertex Pro cordless and the Shark Vertex Dual Fins cordless? They both have the flex wand and the hepa filter. The Pro is not on the Shark web site which concerns me & nobody at Shark could explain why.

QuestionDoes this model have issues with static shock? I have see reviews on other Shark Vertex Pro Cordless vacuums and one of the top complaints is getting shocked due to lack of a proper ground.

- Answer I have used mine almost daily .have not encountered any issues with static shock. The majority of my use is on hardwood and tile and am beyond pleased with this vacuum.

QuestionCan anyone confirm that you can actually turn off the brush roller? I do not believe the specifications listed above is correct

- Answer We would like to let you know that the brushroll spins in both settings. It spins at a slower speed when on the barefloor setting.

- Answer This is a Shark cordless stick vacuum which folds in the middle to store. Any Shark with the Liftaway feature stands upright and you can remove the main body for more versatile cleaning.

QuestionShark Vertex Pro IZ640H. Should I leave plugged in between uses, regardless of battery life left? Also, can the battery be removed from the unit and an additional back-up battery be purchased? Thanks!

- Answer Yes battery can be removed. I bought a second battery as a back up. You shouldn’t keep this plugged in all the time, that will cause battery life to decrease!

QuestionWhat's the difference between this pro and the vertex cordless lightweight besides the color? i called shark to ask and they didn't even see it on their website and couldn't give me an answer. their customer service was horrible.

QuestionHow to asemblev rollers after cleaning them

- Answer We would like to let yoou know that only the soft roller in the front is removeable. The main brushroll is not. To reinstall the soft roller into the floor nozzle, place the side with out the tab into the floor nozzle, the silde the other side until it clicks into place.

- Answer The IZ682H is part of the Vertex Pro Series. The differences are 1 - the IZ682H comes with 2 batteries & a charger that holds & charges 2 batteries simultaneously. 2 - the IZ682H has a larger (1 quart size) debris collection canister. 3 - the IZ682H is black & silver in color scheme

QuestionDoes this vacuum have a trigger switch that you have to hold down the entire time you are vacuuming?

- Answer No. There is On/Off and Speed Control but does not have to hold any of the buttons while vacuuming.
