All HDMI ports on this TV are HDMI 2.0, compared to normal HDMI 1.4. This simply means that the TV's HDMI ports have a much higher bandwidth. Feel free to use whichever you prefer as long as your sound bar has an HDMI pass through to return the signal to your TV. Otherwise, I'd recommend using an optical cable or simply an AV cable which is more than capable for transmitting 2.0 stereo sound.
