A:AnswerI use 2 remotes. One for cable channels and the other to control all the TV features. I was worried about needing the TV remote because it it hard enough to track 1 remote versus 2, but the the app that you can load onto your phone is just like the TV remote so if it does get lost/damaged, I have an alternative with my phone.
A:AnswerYou have to have the tv off when you connect a new device, then when you turn it on, you have to assign the type of device to the correct hdmi slot. If you already did this then I am sorry I was not helpful
A:AnswerThe TV walks you through the set up. It's easy peasy! The remote is great and there's no reason to have a number pad remote unless you add cable. The cable company will give you that remote. Roku channels do not use NUMBERS.
A:AnswerMust be just you, I am VERY satisfied with picture! am quite spoiled as all I have ever owned is Sony and Panasonic which are known for their great pictures, I was asfraid this would not be comprable but to my surprise it is. May I suggest going into settings and make some changes. Also is your internet service fast enough?
