- Answer Hi Mike. I have both models. The Pro 2's have better battery life, better sound, USB charging, slightly better fit (at least for me), and way better call quality. I might be mistaken, but the overall build quality seems somehow better too. Hope this helps.

Both the OpenRun Pro 2 and the OpenRun Pro have an IP rating of 55, meaning they are resistant to water splashes and sweat, but are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water. QuestionAre you able to achieve a good-quality bass sound?

- Answer They have a very good sound. They are not as hard hitting as over the ear ones of course. I like them because you can adjust them to still be able to hear in an emergency,or can play music and have a conversation. You can try them at the store.

QuestionAre they silent for everyone else. As in at home wearing them I would be the only one that can hear them when playing my music.

- Answer I had them loud and my wife was next to me on the couch. She tought she might have heard them but had no idea what was playing and wasn't bothered. I would say from a practicle standpoint, no. they play mostly from the check bones and then fill in from a tiny speaker on the front pod. I have been using them for several weeks and it was only one time that my bride thought she may have heard something. Unless your significant other is a bat, you are probably good.

- Answer The mini refers to the back band, not the era “buds”. They fit over you ears and sit right in front of your ears. Not inside.

- Answer This made me curious so I plugged mine in and tried to use them while charging. it was a No-Go. However, there is a relatively short partial charge time so if you don't have fall-back wired earbuds, wait 15 minutes to go for your run, or whatever, and you should be good for a couple hours.
