A:Answerhttps://simplisafe.com. There is a phone icon on the site for you to call with your questions. Also on the site, they state they have 6 call centers. I bought this for my son's University apartment. Partly, I wanted him to try it out to see if we wanted to replace our home system with SimpliSafe. In the first week, there was an unscheduled maintenance visit that generated calls to my son and then to me. Everything worked as you would expect. SimpliSafe was recommended to me from a co-worker who also had immediate contact from SimpliSafe when her house was broken into. Note: there are still older systems being sold as well as the new system. You can find plenty of information on both systems on the internet retail store sites.
A:AnswerI don't see why you would want to. If you have it "on" for a door and open it, it should go off. But, you can have a door sensor and have it only trigger on a certain mode. Such as "Home" will not trigger the garage door alarm, but "Away" will trigger the garage door alarm.
A:AnswerThis is a self-installed item. It is not that hard to install. If you want it installed for you, you would have to buy it direct from Simpli Safe Website and pay $79 for the installation.
A:AnswerYou can use an indoor camera outdoors if you purchase the waterproof container for it. I'm returning my system for other reasons I'm not happy about so I dont wanna help simplisafe sell their junk equipment and answer everyone's questions will great detail. If you're happy with the system then great but the waterproof containers are all that you can do until they actually make outdoor cams.
A:Answerjust recently purchased this product as the ad does display the key fob but was not to be found in the package. will follow up with Simplisafe and BB regarding this detail.
A:AnswerThe Keypad has a proximity sensor, so it lights up when it thinks there's a person approaching. It does work by infrared - so it might trigger if warm objects are nearby, even if it's not a person.
You can try disabling the Battery Saver feature in the Keypad's settings, so it lights up only when you press a button (or if there's a triggered event).
