QuestionDo these headphones turn off on their own after a certain period of time if they are not being used? They shut off if you walk away from your phone, and they disconnect for a certain period of time (save battery my guess).

- Answer Mine have stayed on until I turn them off. Another thing, when they are on and cobnected to my Android Lg stylo 3, you do not need to enter a password in order to open phone. So if you want your cell to be locked even when they are connected, you have to make sure you don't have that feature selected. I did select it.

QuestionI'd like to Bluetooth this to my phone for driving, however, I'd also like to use them with my iPad to listen to music but not at the same time. I read once this is paired to one phone or such you can't pair with anything else? Help.

- Answer You can pair this headset to as many devices as you want. What you need to remember is when you turn them on they will try to auto-connect to the closest paired device. So if you have both your iPad and phone paired, temporarily disable the bluetooth on the device you dont want to connect until the headset pairs then turn the other device back on. Otherwise it will have issues because it will see multiple devices and not know what to connect to..

QuestionI bought these headphones to use with my phone, but I noticed that they don't vibrate for incoming calls. Is there a setting that can be changed, or is this feature not available on these headphones?

- Answer No there is no setting to make them vibrate. They just play the ringtone.

- Answer You need a Bluetooth adapter. I got an inexpensive one online that works with everything but a Samsung TV. Be sure to read the fine print and make sure it will work with your brand of TV and available ports.

QuestionI realize these are wireless but I want to know of there is a connection port or anything to be able to use them with an older desktop. Sometimes I need to watch videos at work and dont want to have to use the on ear headphones they give us.

- Answer There is no connection port, however you can plug in the Aluratek - Bluetooth Audio Transmitter where you would normally plug in your headset and it will transmit to your wireless set. Hope that help. The Aluratek - Bluetooth Audio Transmitter goes for just under $30.

- Answer I'm not sure about that position, but I've never had any problems with connectivity. I use mine for running and keep my phone in my pocket. They've never cut out on me like others do.

- Answer No that's not possible via Bluetooth. You can have multiple headphones connected at the same time, but only one will play music.

- Answer Hopefully, you have the protection with Best Buy. If you added the warranty, you should be able to exchange for a new one. If not, just contact the Bose Company and they will send u a new one (make sure you have your Best Buy receipt with you!)
