  • QuestionDo these speakers require a wired connection or are they fully wireless?

    • Answer Hi, The in-wall and in-ceiling speakers require a wired connection back to the amplifier. The subwoofer is wireless; however, it's a powered subwoofer and needs to be plugged into A minimum 15 amp (20 amp preferred) grounded wall outlet. I hope you found this information helpful.     • Answer Hi, Thanks for your question! For the Sonance MAG5.1 Premium, you'll want to run 16-gauge speaker wire at a minimum. If your wire run is over 20 feet, you may want to consider running 14-gauge. Also, be sure to use in-wall rated speaker wire to comply with building codes and ensure safe installation.
