This specific model doesn't have wi-fi however, depending on the TV or the video device, 4K images may not be displayed. Check the video capability and settings of your TV and video device. Also, make sure you connect the video device to the 4K-compatible HDMI IN jack of this receiver. Thanks, >Joffrey
